Vinyasa Flow Yoga

Vinyasa Yoga is the flow of breath and movement. With this practice you will transform your body into a light, free moving wave, gaining strength, flexibility, and endurance. A perfect way to rejuvenate and restore your body, mind, and soul!

Gentle Yoga

This practice is great for everyone, recommended if you are new to yoga or just getting back into it. A body and mind clearing introductory too postures and sequencing. Let the pain and stiffness melt away.

Chair Yoga

This style allows you to follow the practice from a chair rather than being on the ground. Gentle yoga is a great way to gain strength and mobility, leaving you feeling refreshed and clear.

Yoga has been a part of my life for the past 9 years. I am continually practicing and studying all forms of yoga.

Here are a few that I incorporate into my daily practice; Iyengar Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga, Power Vinyasa, Rocket Vinyasa.

I have completed 3 One Yoga Intensive Teacher Trainings with Ryan Leier. Alternate training Gymsask Level 1
